Adobe Capture is a creative application for Android developed by a well-known corporation of the same name. It is possible to turn real-world elements into design assets like vector shapes, color palettes, patterns, 3D materials and brushes.
Shapes
Users can photograph sketches, hand-drawn logos or objects and instantly convert them into clean, scalable vector graphics. This capturing tool is perfect for creating custom icons or logos directly from physical sources. Each form is automatically refined and saved as an image that syncs with an official cloud service.
The app extracts color palettes from anything you point your camera at, be it a sunset, painting or magazine. Colors are saved as editable themes that sync with Photoshop, Illustrator and Express. You can immediately apply these palettes to your projects across multiple platforms.
Build and extract
It is possible to transform images or hand-drawn strokes into brushes for use in Fresco. The components retain texture, flow and stroke dynamics to replicate the look of traditional drawing tools. Each item can be customized before exporting to the Creative Cloud.
On top of everything else, you can generate realistic PBR materials by capturing surfaces like stone, fabric or wood. The utility allows you to scan textures and convert them into usable materials with depth, lighting and gloss maps.
