ARMORY CRATE is an application for Android devices that allows users to control their ROG gaming hardware from Asustek Computer Inc. This utility is a mobile version of the eponymous software for the Windows operating system.
Main opportunities
With the application, you can manage your gaming equipment, namely, customize the device, optimize performance, and monitor system status. At the start, you need to synchronize the utility with your hardware by scanning a special QR code. A list of compatible devices can be viewed in the application itself or on the corresponding website.
The app reads the status of your gaming laptop and allows you to remotely change its settings. It is possible to select the operating mode including:
- Windows;
- silent;
- performance;
- turbo.
The utility allows you to change the cooling mode, reduce noise, switch to energy-saving mode, as well as monitor the performance of the CPU and GPU. You can remotely track your laptop’s battery status and change sound settings using the built-in equalizer.

A separate tab is dedicated to system information. Here you can view the processor operating frequency and its load level, the temperature of the internal modules, the fan speed, and much more. In addition, it is possible to monitor the operation of built-in utilities and configure them.
