Bushnell Golf is an application for Android devices that is designed to control GPS navigators and laser rangefinders of the same brand. The companion utility helps golfers determine hole distances, view course maps, and plan their shots correctly.
Getting started
At the start, you need to synchronize your smartphone with your existing Bushnell Golf device via Bluetooth. The utility provides access to maps of more than 38 000 golf courses around the world. It is possible to plan a game, use GPS navigation, and determine the distance to the holes. This allows you to accurately plan strikes with movable overlap points.
Statistics and notifications
The utility allows you to track rounds, determine performance, and save statistics. In a separate tab, you can view the number of points scored, the percentage of successful hits, and so on. There are analytics in the form of charts and graphs.
Additionally, the application allows you to update the firmware of your devices and determine the battery level, just like in Ember. Also, you can configure your gadgets to receive notifications about calls and SMS from your smartphone.
