Stay connected
Healthcare professionals can create or access derailed lists of planned home visits. It is possible to open a profile for each patient individually and include such essential details as addresses, contacts and medical records. Moreover, the app provides tools to create personalized care plans based on current health conditions.
There is a history of completed appointments. You can create a new visit anytime and notify a supervisor about your plans. On top of that, the utility allows you to enter additional information about your examinations. It is possible to send a handover note with your daily assignments to your successor.
Tasks
At the end of appointments you are able to create reports for documentation. There is an option to check off tasks you finished so far. This way you can mark what is done and monitor remaining missions. Besides, the application helps you record important info about your clients.
Please note that compared to My Marsden, CarePlanner is available only for care providers and employees.
