Cartwheel Driver is an Android application, a mobile client of the eponymous software platform for managing delivery from cafes and restaurants. This utility is intended for couriers and drivers. It is possible to quickly process orders and plot routes.
Orders and routes
Please note that your company needs to be a client of the Cartwheel delivery management system. The main page contains a list of new orders. There is such information as the name of the restaurant, the customer’s data, address, the availability of tips, desired delivery time, and so on.
Drivers and couriers can accept or reject orders. This platform integrates with well-known navigation services such as Google Maps, Apple Maps, Waze, and others. This way, users can get directions and plot the most optimal routes to the client’s location.
Additional options
It is possible to contact customers via a call or built-in online chat. However, the phone number is not displayed for anonymity. It is possible to confirm delivery by taking photographs, collecting signatures, and scanning barcodes. Additionally, couriers can confirm the clients’ age by scanning their ID cards.
