Orders and delivery
Only those companies that cooperate with the Cartwheel software platform and have a valid account can use this service. The utility allows you to quickly receive and process incoming orders. It is possible to view the client’s address, list of dishes, desired time, and so on.
Managers can look for available drivers nearby and assign orders to them. It is possible to track the delivery status online in a separate tab. Chat and call options are provided for quick communication with drivers and clients.
Additional options
There is also a separate tab for viewing already completed orders. The driver’s arrival time and customer reviews are indicated here. You can view ratings from clients. The utility integrates with Google Maps for detailed tracking of the couriers’ locations and routes. It is necessary to enable GPS navigation. There is an option to process many requests simultaneously.
