Certify Mobile is an Android application developed for the employees and business travelers of the eponymous corporation. It is possible to take the picture of receipts and keep the data in digital form.
Accessing
There are two options for accessing the account. You can enter your employee username or a single sign-on Company code. The latter also requires you to provide a digital token to verify your identity. It is possible to save the password so that you do not need to log in each time you launch the application.
Capture receipts
The main purpose of this application is to collect digital evidence of various purchases made at work or on business trips. Employees of Certify can capture the receipts and provide detailed information to show that they spend money according to the policy of the organization. Similar to Genius Scan, taking pictures with the utility requires camera permissions.
It is possible to separate receipts and expenses. You have an option to select image resolution, select its date, choose purchase category, set the amount of money you spent, enter the vendor’s title and provide other information. Once you save checks, you can manage the photos and submit your report to the company.
