Adaptive
It is possible to generate schedules based on current pace, training history, and target race date, ranging from six weeks up to six months of preparation time. The plans integrate diverse session types whether it is running workouts, strength and conditioning, yoga or mobility. All activities are structured into phased blocks like base building and speed.
If your progress changes, due to performance shifts, holidays or missed sessions, the plan dynamically recalibrates to keep you on track without manual effort. You can also train for multiple events simultaneously or adjust your courses whenever needed, just like in ERAKULIS.
Coach
Communication tools connect you to real coaches via chat, with options to book a one-to-one call for deeper guidance. Live audio pacing cues can play during workouts, especially when synced with Garmin, Apple Watch or Strava, helping you execute sessions accurately. The app includes training streak tracking, progress charts, and community group channels.
