Currently, there are multiple similar applications available for citizens of the United States of America. For example, you can use AlohaSafe Alert if you are located in Hawaii.
It is possible to provide the utility with access to the location of your mobile device in order to get alerted when a person with a COVID 19 is nearby. It is completely anonymous and you never know any personal information about other users.
There is the opportunity to find a lot of information about the disease and contact a hospital to schedule a test. If you find out that you are sick, you also have the ability to share this information with people that you have contacted.
