DLNA is an application for Android with which you can stream content from your phone on Smart TV. There is an option to access your playlists.

This utility allows you to watch videos and listen to music by casting your mobile devices to television sets. It is possible to stream content on Playstation and Xbox 360 without any additional hardware. You can also access your gallery to show photos to your friends and family members on a bigger screen. Moreover, DLNA supports m3u, m3u8, pls formats which gives you an opportunity to stream your playlists.
How it works
It is possible to cast your mobile devices to your Smart TV by connecting to the same server. In order to stream any content, you may access the storage of your phone and select the file. If you would like to listen to your playlists, you can choose the folder with tracks or videos. There is an option to adjust various visual and audio settings to your preferences. In addition, DLNA has a support center that receives feedback to improve the app.
