Access
First, users need to enter their company website, registered on the eHub platform. Afterwards, it is necessary to provide ID and password. Please note that the application is mainly developed for various organizations and its employees. If you are an individual and would like to have a self service portal for workforce management, you can download Notion. There you are able to organize your tasks, events and reminders.
Seamless workflow
The platform helps companies to plan schedules and assignments for their employees. It is also possible to create correct payrolls, track working hours and check attendance. eHub provides full-time security to organizations’ sensitive information and does not share essential data with third parties.
If you are an employee, you can access the platform to view your work schedule for upcoming weeks and receive company announcements. Just like on HHAeXchange, it is possible to clock in and out of shifts, ask for unplanned holidays and submit other requests.
