Registration and submission process
Signing up is quite simple as you only need to provide your email or passport number. Please note that Jeevan Saakshya only verifies Indian documents and creating an account with ID from other countries is not possible.
The interface has a more traditional design so that elderly people can view information and navigate through the tabs conveniently. Moreover, if a pensioner struggles with entering information properly, a guardian or trusted representative has the right to help them get their documents accepted.
Although submitting the certificate on its own is not difficult, given that there are instructions on how to enter data, there are some bugs and defects. The app may crash or freeze randomly and sometimes uploading files fails.
