JOMIR TOTHYA offers various options and information to users. You can retrieve ownership details of land records, known as khatians, by searching their number. These include the owner’s name, type of ownership, address, and the total count of plots in the khatian.

Moreover, you can access information about co-owners of plots, classification of land, and share area in acres. Additionally, details about tenants and possessors of individual plots are available. The app also allows users to view the conversion details between previous and present dag. Thus, indicating changes in land records.
In addition, it is possible to find plot-wise details of processing fees for mutation and conversion. There is also contact information about officers posted in districts, subdivisions, and blocks.
