Functionality
The app is developed for people who watch video streams on YouTube. It is a chat filter that helps foreign users better understand translations that other people share in the comments section.
It is important to notice that this application does not create translations by itself. It only has the ability to automatically gather them from the commentaries of other people. If nobody translated the stream, the utility will not work properly.
In order to start using the utility, you have to open a video of any stream on the YouTube platform and tap the share button. Then you have to choose LiveTL from the list.
