At the start, you need to pass a test that determines the key features of your personality and allows you to visualize information in the form of splashes. The utility displays eight parameters of your person such as:

- down to earth or big picture thinking;
- inspiration-driven or discipline-driven;
- outcome-focused or people-focused.
Result
The result is a picture on the screen that looks like a splash. The size of the image depends on the number of test points you scored. It is possible to read a detailed description of each of the parameters.
Moreover, the utility allows you to share your splash with colleagues, family, or friends, and also compare your parameters with the community. It is possible to find like-minded people. In addition, the application offers you to define three basic personas that you use in life – underline, everyday, and overextended.
