The utility integrates with Synology Chat and Calendar, serving as a hub of communication and schedules. S/MIME and OpenPGP protocols for email encryption and signing are supported. Moreover, there is DANE authentication to prevent Man-in-the-middle and downgrade attacks.
Teamwork and configuration
Users can quickly apply desired actions to their emails with swipe gestures. The utility allows clients to share links for large attachments and create shared mailboxes for centralizing emails of a specific project. This option is helpful for teamwork.
It is possible to customize the mailboxes and labels for which you want to receive notifications. There is an option to host multiple email domains on a single server and configure each independently. Administrators can set up different rights, login methods, daily email traffic quotas, message delivery, and other user policies.
