My Robi is an application for Android developed by the second largest mobile network operator in Bangladesh. Its customers are able to browse internet data usage history and check new offers.
Account management
Just like in BASE, here users can enter their accounts and manage details including monthly subscriptions. It is possible to check how much mobile data is left and top up the balance. Moreover, there is an option to view billing information and turn on autopay in order to avoid late payments.
There is an option to change the current monthly plan to an updated one or customize it according to your needs. You can view new offers and switch between subscriptions in a matter of seconds. Moreover, the application allows you to order a new SIM card without going out anywhere.
Bundles and family
It is possible to purchase additional bundles in case you exceed your limits and do not want to spend too much money on changing your subscription. There is a list of internet packages you are able to use for up to 30 days.
The application provides an option to manage five accounts on one mobile device. You can view subscription details including a number of remaining minutes and messages. It is also possible to pay for their bills by transferring your balance.
