MyESR is an employment management application for Android available only to NHS staff across the UK. Healthcare workers can enter a self-service portal to view payslips, manage personal data and track training.
ESR
It is possible to securely log in to the ESR platform to view and download electronic payslips. The app also enables employees to update contact details, banking information and even next-of-kin data. On top of that, the app displays service status indicators like maintenance periods and potential outages.
News and training
Important updates and news from the portal can be accessed directly through your personal feed. You may receive instant notifications about policy changes, planned improvements or national guidance. It is also possible to access ESR support services, including help resources and contact options.
And last but not least, there is an option to link your account to the ESR learning management tools. You can track and complete mandatory training. Staff may view their current learning status, upcoming deadlines and completed courses.
