RTI Business is an application for Android oriented towards RTI International franchisees and team members to streamline operations, scheduling and communication.

Users can schedule client appointments, view upcoming visits and adjust availability in real time. Team members are able to accept, decline or reassign jobs with just a few taps. The app supports automated notifications and calendar syncing to reduce planning conflicts.
Furthermore supervisors have tools to assign tasks to field staff and track their completion progress. Projects include service visits, equipment checks or customer follow-ups. Each activity is logged with time stamps and geolocation for accurate reporting.
Internal Messaging
The platform features a secure communication system that allows franchise team members to interact instantly. Managers can send company-wide announcements or direct messages to specific individuals. Thus, it is possible to create a focused, connected work environment without relying on third party services like Signal. On top of that, new employees are able to access a shared resource library with training manuals, guidelines and official company documents.
