Access
Being a corporate app, it is necessary to enter the system in order to browse the schedule calendar. You can enter the details provided by the company or log in with Google linked to your business account. There is an option to send your email and employee ID to the contact center in order to reset your password, in case you forgot it.
Attendance
The utility is designed to simplify attendance management. Employees of ProcureWizard can access their calendar and check a list of upcoming work shifts. Just like in My Work, here it is possible to monitor the schedule and stay up to date with the latest changes in timetable.
Additionally, there is an option to ask for holidays via the application. You are able to submit your request without the need to call HR management. This is especially helpful on weekends when the call center may not work. It is possible to choose necessary days in the built-in calendar and explain why you need to take a day off. The application notifies you if your request was approved or rejected.
