UKG Dimensions is an Android application designed for streamlining workflows. Corporate workers and administrators can access the platform to manage schedule, payrolls, attendance and employee information.
All work in one place
It is possible to access workforce management features for communication and handling organizational tasks. The platform is suitable for both employers and employees. The former can view attendance records and team performances and the latter are able to request time off, monitor schedules and check vacation details.
Similar to eHub, it is possible to record the time of checking in and checking out. You can view upcoming timesheets and communicate with your colleagues and get notified about the latest announcements of your company. Moreover, there is an option to request shift swaps.
Requests and payrolls
The application allows employees and managers to promptly reply to employees requests. There are notifications and alerts to inform about emergency situations that need to be solved as quickly as possible.
Additionally, it is possible to view and calculate wages for each employee separately. You can take taxes and deductions into account when managing payrolls. It is possible to approve dates when you complete salary payments and let workers know about new changes.
