UKG Ready is an Android application, an official mobile client of the Kronos workforce platform. The utility helps managers and employees form schedules, create and complete tasks, track attendance, and so on.

Please note that you can use this application only after receiving credentials from your company administrator. Your access rights and the utility’s features depend on your position.
For employees
Company employees can track all the necessary information about the work process. It is possible to clock in and out as well as request days off and vacations. The utility allows users to track the status of their requests and sends notifications about approval.
In addition, employees can view their work schedules and manage shifts. A separate section displays payrolls. It is possible to download statements and view benefits.
For managers
In turn, managers can track attendance and approve requests for vacations or days off. The utility helps create work schedules. There is an option to view the shift calendar and edit it to avoid downtime. It is possible to track employee productivity, as well as create and issue tasks. Furthermore, various surveys are provided to determine the emotional status and comfort level of colleagues.
