WeQ4U is an application for Android devices that allows users to save time and money on communicating with call centers of various companies and organizations in the UK.
General information
This service works with any British numbers, including those starting with 01, 02, 03, 080, 084, and 087. Thus, users can contact call centers of companies such as British Gas, Post Office, BT, Sky, HMRC, and others.
How to use
To use the application you need to enter the desired number in a special window and press the call button. The service makes the connection. If you are stuck in a queue and cannot contact the operator, you need to press button 9 on the dialpad.
Then your phone will disconnect from the call. At the same time, the service will queue for you. Once the agent answers you will be automatically connected to a conversation. Thus, you can save between 45p and 58p per minute on your mobile bills.
If you are on a prepaid tariff, then the data are not used while the service is in line for you. Payment for the call occurs at standard rates and not at much higher ones that mobile companies charge for direct connection to call center numbers. Please note that the service does not record conversations and does not share your personal information with third parties.
