JBL QuantumENGINE is a Windows utility for setting up and configuring headphones. Supported models include a wide variety of audio devices manufactured by JBL. Additionally, it is possible to adjust multiple sound parameters.
Driver installation
After downloading the executable file users are instructed to run it to begin configuring the device. The next step is to connect the headphones to the computer via USB cable or Bluetooth. Compatible models are detected automatically.
Spatial audio
Some headsets include support for a proprietary feature called JBL QuantumSURROUND. It is designed for gamers who want to experience an immersive audio experience. Complex algorithms and advanced sound processing techniques are used for simulating a surround soundscape. The JBL Quantum 910 Wireless headphones provide additional spatial audio capabilities by utilizing a head tracking sensor to fix sounds in 360 degrees of space around you.
It is possible to manage multiple audio outputs with the help of Sound Redirector or another similar application.
Additional functionality
Users can adjust separate frequencies in the integrated multiband equalizer. There are several sound presets for different music genres. RGB lighting parameters are customizable as well.
