Acrobat Exchange is a Windows software that allows users to work with files in the PDF format. It is possible to edit text blocks and insert images into the document. Please note that Acrobat Exchange is obsolete and no longer supported by the developer. The installation files are not available. There are more modern utilities with similar functionality like Nuance Power PDF Standard.
Viewing options
You can open PDF documents by dragging and dropping them into the workspace. Buttons for zooming in and out of the page are located at the top of the interface. The main toolbar contains instruments for navigating to the previous or next page as well as for jumping to the beginning or end of the document.
The table of contents is displayed on the right side of the main window. It is helpful for switching between different chapters. Moreover, there is a search module for quickly locating specific words in the file. Users can set a custom range of pages or scan the whole document.
Editor
It is possible to import TXT, RTF, DOC, XLS and several other types of files into the project. Additionally, you are able to add images in the JPG, PNG or BMP format to the page. There are tools for resizing and cropping pictures to better fit the layout.
