Actual Spy is a Windows utility for monitoring user activity. There are instruments for taking screenshots at predefined intervals. Moreover, the list of all previously opened applications is available. Please note that the free trial version of Actual Spy has limited functionality.
Main purpose
With the help of this software users can save all keystrokes to a text file and share the results over email. Additionally, it is possible to log printing jobs and clipboard contents.

The app lets you generate detailed user activity reports. There are checkboxes for including keystrokes, screenshots, apps, clipboard, printer jobs, accessed files, visited websites and other information into the resulting file. Supported report formats are TXT and HTML.
Parameters
Users can change the default path for the main log file. The maximum screenshot size is adjustable. There is an option to start the program alongside the operating system. Instruments for protecting the settings with a password to prevent unauthorized changes are available as well.
