Agent DVR is a surveillance and recording program for Windows that allows users to monitor multiple cameras and microphones locally or remotely.
Support
The platform accepts input from IP cameras, local USB webcams and microphones. The recording is possible by utilizing CPU or GPU encoding, and users can also capture raw streams to reduce processing load. The dashboard displays live feeds without needing complex router adjustments.
Detection and modes
There are multiple motion detection options, simple ones, ONVIF motion events, trip wires, object tracking, heat maps and more. AI modules can be used for object recognition, scene recognition and sound event analysis. These tools help reduce false positives by differentiating between normal and potentially important activity. You are able to trigger alerts via push notification, email, MQTT or other endpoints.
Recording is schedule-based, event-based or continuous. Storage rules can be set, you customize file size limits, retention periods, deletion automatically when thresholds are met. Archived content remains accessible via the interface as well.
