ALLCapture is a Windows application that offers you tools for recording the contents of the display. There is a collection of frame transitions and visual effects for enhancing the output. Moreover, it is possible to add annotations and various interactive elements to the project.
Recording process
After starting the utility users can create a new task by clicking the corresponding button on the main toolbar. The next step is to select the required output resolution and frame rate. Instruments for capturing an individual window, custom display area or the whole screen are provided. There is support for both the real time and time lapse modes.
It is possible to record mouse movements, clicks and keystrokes. The audio from the microphone or speakers can be added to the final video clip as well. Additionally, flexible keyboard shortcuts for controlling the recording process are available.
Editing
Similar to VSDC Free Video Editor, there are tools for trimming resulting recordings. You can delete unnecessary parts and configure seamless frame transitions.
Users are able to reduce the size of output files and optimize their quality by compressing the video. An option to quickly upload clips to YouTube is included.
