Animation Shop is a Windows utility that contains tools for designing various web graphics. There are step by step guides for creating animations from scratch or by combining existing images. Please note that Animation Shop is discontinued and no longer supported by the developer. The installation files are not available.
Design instruments
With the help of this program users can create stunning animations. It is possible to choose the size, color depth, transparency and frame rate as well as configure advanced looping options. Like in Spine, there is an option to preview the animation before saving it to the hard drive.
Flexible tools for developing website banners are included. You are able to choose one of the provided templates. The size, shape, background colors, fonts and visual effects are fully customizable.
Image editor
This component allows users to modify individual frames of the animation. Tools for cropping, resizing, rotating, flipping and mirroring the image are available. Additionally, there is an option to insert frame transitions and filters to improve the resulting quality.
Multiple export formats like GIF, MNG, FLC, ANI, AVI and BMP are supported. You can manually specify the compression level.
