Calendar
Similar to Zoho Calendar, this utility lets users view all tasks planned for the current day or next week. It is possible to set an audio reminder for any entry and add personal tags for easier navigation.
After finishing the task you can mark it as completed to remove from the list. All previous activity is saved in the Archive section.
Workspaces
There are instruments for collaborating with other people on various types of projects. Users are able to create a custom workspace and invite colleagues to join it by email. The next step is to select the type of whiteboard from the list of available options like team management, business plan or company roadmap.
You can set deadlines for individual parts of the project. Tools for sending text messages to participants and assigning specific people to the current task are included as well.
