doubleTwist is a convenient program for Windows intended to serve as a library where you can arrange your music, photographs, and videos. To access the workspace, you need to connect a compatible mobile device, such as an Android smartphone or iPhone.
Manage multimedia
The software is quite easy to use due to its intuitive graphical interface. The left side of the main window presents three categories you are able to work with. By clicking on either of them you can view anything you have imported so far. Files can be added from the Library tab, or by manually dragging into the GUI.
When it comes to music, the tool automatically sorts entries by specific info, namely artists, albums, and genres. It is also possible to store tracks in a playlist. In addition, you have the option to playback songs and videos via the in-built player.
Additional functions
In case you stumble upon a piece of music you like and want your friend to listen to it, you are able to share it on different social networks. You can also do the same with other types of media you have imported.
Additionally, you may set the program to automatically start when a device you frequently use is connected to your computer. The preferences section allows you to configure notifications for sync actions and choose the desired multimedia library apps. To synchronize folder contents, you may try another utility called FreeFileSync.
