DW Agent is a Windows application for connecting to remote computers over the internet and controlling them. This functionality is helpful for troubleshooting various technical issues and performing other tasks.
Connection process
After installing the program on the client desktop, users are instructed to set up the counterpart server application on the host machine. The next step is to generate the installation code for establishing a quick connection between two devices. Alternatively, it is possible to link computers by manually specifying account credentials.
Remote control
Like in LogMeIn, you can transfer information from local input devices like mice, keyboards, microphones and gamepads to the remote machine. Additionally, there are instruments for recording the contents of the screen to a video file. The output resolution and quality are adjustable. An option to connect to another computer via a web browser is provided as well.
Users are able to copy files to and from the remote hard drive. All communications are automatically encrypted to prevent interception of sensitive data by malicious actors.
