Create EAS messages
One of the main advantages of this application is its flexibility in generating EAS messages. There is support for different originators, namely Civil Authority, Emergency Alert System Participant, National Weather Service, Primary Entry Point System. This versatility allows users to create customized alerts tailored to specific geographical regions and emergency scenarios.
Edit notifications
What is more, the utility offers a wide range of configurable options for message content, including the ability to specify alert codes, event begin time and validity, as well as state and county. You can also easily input additional details in the Announcement Text section or change the appearance of the GUI by picking another color.
Generate audio files
Last but not least, you are able to generate EAS files to store them on your personal computer or send to various recipients. There is also an option to playback the resulting item.
