emsCharts Mobile is a secure and efficient program for Windows designed for collection of electronic patient information in real-time. The software distribution serves as a companion to emsCharts website and can be installed on both tablet and desktop computers. Please note that the project is no longer supported by the developers, and so the setup files are not available for download.
Search for data
After launch you are able to start searching for existing patient data. It is recommended to write the percent sign after a name, which is helpful when you are not sure how to spell it or if it was originally entered into the system incorrectly. In case no suitable results are found, then you have the possibility to manually add a patient by pressing the corresponding button.
Patient page
The patient page consists of three sections to simplify the display, namely Demographics, Billing Information, and Current PMHX, Medications and Allergies. The first one allows you to fill in personal data such as first, last, and middle name, sex, weight, blood type, and more.
The next section is dedicated to payment details, while the last is for listing prescribed medications. If you want to monitor various aspects of your body and physical activities, you may try a special Android application called OnePlus Health.
