Estlcam is a Windows program developed for creating toolpaths and generating CNC machines codes.
Creation
The software simplifies the process of generating toolpaths from 2D designs, SVGs or DXF files. Users can select shapes and assign machining operations such as pocketing, drilling or contour cutting with just a few clicks. The intuitive interface walks one through step-by-step workflows without the need for complex menus or scripting.
There is a built-In machine controller, you can jog axes, zero coordinates, start jobs and pause or resume cuts in real time. There are basic safety management tools like soft limits and emergency stop functions. On top of that, you are able to set feed rates, spindle speed, depth per pass and tool selection for each operation. It is possible to define materials for consistent performance.
Simulation
With a visual preview, you can view toolpaths, cutting directions and estimated machining time. There is an option to simulate jobs before exporting to check for potential errors or inefficiencies. The graphical dashboard gives clear feedback on cut order and depth for each step of the planned activities.
Features
- similar to Cutting Planner Pro, this toolset supports common design formats;
- there is auto-detection option of shapes and cutting areas;
- possible to save machine parameters and create custom presets for routine tasks;
- free to download and use;
- compatible with modern Windows versions.
