FilmForth is a Windows utility for video editing. Users can insert various frame transitions, title screens and background music into the project. Moreover, there is support for external subtitles in several common file formats. Please note that the free version of FilmForth contains limited functionality.
Video processing
With the help of this application you are able to arrange multiple clips on a timeline. Instruments for trimming, merging and splitting individual videos are included. Additionally, it is possible to crop, rotate and flip the frame to better fit personal preferences.
There is a diverse library of scene transitions, ranging from subtle fades to dynamic wipes and zooms. A collection of royalty free music and sound effects is available as well.
Overlays
Like in VSDC Free Video Editor, users can add animated subtitles, text captions and title screens to the movie. There is an option to enable picture in picture mode for recording reaction videos or educational content. A large selection of color adjustment layers and visual filters for personalizing the project is included.
Sharing
You are able to export resulting clips to various file formats optimized for popular online platforms such as YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. The output resolution and bitrate are adjustable.
