FlukeView Forms is a Windows application for interacting with multimeters, cable testers, calibrators and other engineering equipment manufactured by Fluke. Users can download logged measurements and generate detailed reports.
Data transfer
After starting the program you are instructed to connect the device to the computer via USB cable. Alternatively, it is possible to communicate with the hardware over the infrared serial interface.
Compatible multimeters are detected automatically. All stored data will be quickly transferred to the hard drive without the need for additional configuration. Utilities like Spectrum can be used for further processing the information.
Analysis
The integrated flexible logging algorithm provides accurate readings even when the measured signal changes significantly. Users can adjust the triggering level for warning alerts according to the task.
There are instruments for creating and editing detailed operation reports. You are able to insert custom forms, text blocks and images into the document. Resulting files can be saved to the hard drive in several popular formats or shared over email with other people. Alternatively, an option to print the report is provided.
