FoxTab AVI Converter is a Windows utility for transforming video files to the AVI format that can be opened on any hardware player. There is support for a wide range of input containers such as MP4, WMV, MOV and FLV. Converted items can be opened in FoxTab FLV Player or another similar app.
How it works
After starting the program you can add new files by dragging and dropping them into the workspace or by clicking the corresponding button in the main window. It is possible to import individual videos or whole directories.
The list of source items can be sorted by name, duration, size, resolution, bitrate, status and several other attributes. Users are able to specify the target folder or save resulting files in the original directory.
Quality settings
You can change output picture dimensions, frame rate and quality. Moreover, there are dropdown menus for adjusting the audio frequency and bitrate. Supported resulting formats include AVI, H.264, MOV, MP4, FLV, DV, OGG and many other options.
Clicking the Start button begins the conversion process. Users are able to track the completion on the progress bar at the bottom of the interface. The output directory will be opened automatically upon finishing the transformation.
