FrameForge Previz Studio is a Windows software for storyboarding in filmmaking, television production and advertising. It allows users to plan future shooting sequences, place cameras on the virtual set and create realistic character animations. Storyboarding
You can use optically accurate virtual cameras to emulate the behavior of professional studio equipment, including lens distortion, depth of field and motion blur. This is helpful for creating realistic previews of future shots.
It is possible to collaborate with other people on various projects. Users are able to leave personal annotations and roll back recent changes.
Included content
There is a collection of over 100 000 3D environments, props, sets, vehicles and characters. You can combine them to generate detailed virtual worlds for production planning. Similar to iPi Mocap Studio, motion capture tools for designing fluid and realistic animations are provided.
FrameForge Previz Studio is widely used to create virtual cinematography for films, television shows and commercials. For example, Avatar, Game of Thrones and The Martian were developed with the help of this application.
