Ghostery for Opera is a small program for Windows that blocks ads, trackers, pop-ups, and consent dialogs to provide greater control over browsing data and environment.
Transparency
This is an open-source extension that allows users to review its code, contributing to trust and community vetting. It curates tracker profiles and anonymizes sensitive information. Moreover, it is possible to adjust parameters and add certain websites to whitelists in order to display all advertisements and commercial banners.
Tracker
It is possible to identify and block a variety of trackers, including advertising scripts, analytic tags and pop-ups with a dynamic filter library. The dashboard presents details on every detected tracker through an overlay or panel interface. The anti-tracking feature also strips any identifiable information from outgoing requests, preserving privacy even if content loads.
There is a Never-Consent option that proactively rejects cookie consent prompts across sites. You can automate do not accept clicking on dialog boxes, reducing manual intervention during online activities. Still, if you prefer not to install additional extensions to your browser, you may try Firefox which provides default security and privacy tools.
