GPUPI is a Windows software for evaluating the stability of a GPU by running a series of complex calculations to stress the computer. Moreover, there is an option to work with multiple graphics cards simultaneously.
Testing process
After starting the application you can click the Calculate button to open the configuration window with the list of all compatible GPUs. It is necessary to mark required devices for adding them to the test.
There is a drop down menu for selecting the amount of Pi digits that will be calculated. Available options range from 1 million to 32 billion. Additionally, users are able to adjust the batch and reduction sizes. Checkboxes for enabling verbose logging and for displaying a confirmation window before starting the evaluation are included as well.
You can monitor various GPU properties during the test. If HWiNFO is installed on the computer, it will be started automatically alongside the benchmark.
Results
Users are able to share the final score with other people online by submitting it to the official developer website. It is possible to compare personal results with other GPUs to estimate the chances of successful overclocking.
