honestech Audio Recorder Plus is a Windows program for transforming songs from analog media to digital files. There are instruments for automatically separating individual tracks and adding ID3 metadata to resulting items. Please note that honestech Audio Recorder Plus is obsolete and no longer supported by the developer. The installation files are not available.
Conversion process
After starting the application you can connect the playback device to the computer. It is possible to capture the output from a wide variety of audio sources.
The next step is to click the Record button to begin the process. Users are able to normalize the volume. There is a waveform section for analyzing sound frequencies.
Additional instruments
Instruments for applying various effects are available. You can add echo, reverb and several other audio filters as well.
The software lets users trim individual tracks, delete silent sections and perform basic modifications. However, it is recommended to download MFAudio or another similar app for mode advanced editing operations.
You are able to attach ID3 tags like the title, artist, year, genre, and bitrate to output MP3 files.
