HP QuickDrop is a Windows application for wirelessly sending photos, videos, text documents or other files to and from the computer made by Hewlett Packard. It is possible to share data with a wide range of mobile devices. All items are automatically encrypted during the transfer to prevent unauthorized access and traffic interception attempts.
Pairing process
Users are able to permanently link their smartphones and tablets to the computer for quick synchronization in the future. This is done by scanning an automatically generated QR code with the smartphone or tablet camera. No logins or passwords are necessary for establishing a connection.
