Hubstaff is a Windows software for monitoring task execution and other productivity metrics in an organization. You are able to add multiple employees and projects to the database.
Time tracking
After logging into the personal account users can join one of the existing projects or begin a new task. Additionally, it is possible to mark individual jobs as completed and search for specific keywords for quick navigation.
You are able to click the Play button to start, pause and stop the stopwatch. This feature is helpful for tracking the exact amount of time spent on a task.
Please note that the free trial version of Hubstaff will stop functioning 14 days after installation.
Management instruments
Like in WebWork, users can monitor multiple employees at the same time and reassign individual workers to different jobs. An option to set a hard deadline for the project to assure its completion is included as well.
There are tools for monitoring employee activity such as visited websites and opened apps. You are able to reduce the amount of wasted time and ensure high productivity.
