iRipper is a Windows application that helps users create modifications for several computer games. It is possible to work with textures and other graphics elements in BIG, TBF, DDS, DAT and TAG files.
Main purpose
This utility is designed for accessing and editing internal files in GTA San Andreas and several other games with similar engines. You can open images and send them to an external graphics editor like Adobe Photoshop. Additionally, it is possible to insert modified pictures back into the game. There is an option to associate iRipper with different file types as well.
The preview window contains buttons for zooming, enabling the fullscreen mode and viewing alpha color channels. Moreover, users are able to export the image to several common formats for further processing.
Advanced capabilities
You can adjust the padding size between individual packages. This functionality is helpful for ensuring compatibility with various game titles. A checkbox for allowing multiple instances of the app is included.
