Jeevan Pramaan is a Windows application created by the Indian government to improve communications with state and federal pensioners. It is possible to authorize by scanning the fingerprint and claim the funds. Please note that Jeevan Pramaan is discontinued and no longer supported by the developer. The installation files are not available.
Authorization
This small program contains tools for confirming your identity by scanning the registered fingerprint or the iris of the eye. A special approved device is required for authenticating into the personal account. However, you can use the companion mobile application for Android to capture the face image and proceed with the authorization.
The next step is to enter the Aadhaar number, bank account information, full name, mobile phone and pension payment order. A one time SMS password is required to finish the registration.
After transferring the money users can manage personal finances with the help of BookKeeper or another similar app.
Capabilities
It is possible to claim the pension and move the money to a personal bank account. Additionally, you are able to activate the Digital Life Certificate without having to physically present yourself at the authorized offices.
