Kairos is a special program for Windows designed to give you feedback on how you are using your personal computer. The project aims to prevent PC fatigue and related health issues. These problems have become an enormous obstacle as people spend increasingly large amounts of time in front of monitors at work and at home.
Comprehensive hub
Once you have installed the software, you can launch it by clicking on its desktop icon. After launch, you are greeted with a simple window that serves as a centralized dashboard for accessing all available functions and features.
The Main Menu option enables you to visit Healthy Computing, Cusomiser, Certifier, and Stress Assessor sections. On the other hand, the Resources provides links to information about different health topics. Please note that the aforementioned sources are no longer available.
Healthy workplace
When it comes to healthy computing habits, you can monitor and display how far through your break cycles you have gone as well as show how many breaks you have ignored. In the Settings menu, you have the ability to pick the Reminder Style and Quotes file, and toggle both Visual and Audio Reminders. If you want to manage and track personal or business tasks, you may try other utilities such as ProofHub or TickTick.
