LabChart Reader is a Windows application with which users can open, view, and analyze data, ideal for students, researchers, and educators.
Software
Once installed, it is possible to open .adicht files and view them in full detail. The program reproduces the original multi-channel recording environment with synchronized data views. Researchers can explore individual traces, zoom in on specific segments and inspect waveform behavior.
Moreover, there is an option to play, pause and scrub through recorded sessions to observe changes across multiple signal channels. Playback speeds are adjustable, enabling fast-forward or slow-motion inspection of physiological responses. As for a more traditional player that opens multiple videos in a customizable layout, you may try GridPlayer.
Markers
The app displays signal graphs with high clarity, maintaining original recording resolution. There are annotations, event markers and precise cursor tools for examining data points. You are able to measure time intervals, signal amplitudes and frequency across selected ranges. It is possible to flag important moments during the data stream. The references can be reviewed or adjusted for further analysis.
Features
- allows to examine specific waveform sections in detail;
- there is an option to export still images for reports or presentations;
- possible to see all comments and notes added during the session;
- free to download and use;
- compatible with modern Windows versions.
