Lumenzia is a Windows utility for integrating a plugin into Adobe Photoshop. It allows users to make precise selections based on the brightness values of an image. The add-on was developed by the renowned photographer Greg Benz.
Usage instructions
After installing the plugin you can access it via the new Lumenzia panel. There are instruments for creating and managing multiple selection masks. This functionality is helpful for adjusting the brightness and contrast of individual parts of the photo.
Users are able to blend differently exposed sections to make more natural looking images. The plugin does not create channel masks to keep the resulting files small.
Vignettes
It is possible to draw a selection around the target area to automatically generate a beautiful vignette of any size and sharpness. Instruments for distorting the frame and inverting all colors are provided. Moreover, you can combine the vignette with luminosity masks to avoid darkening the shadows.
Additional tools
This software utilizes advanced sharpening methods for portraits to add surface blur. There is an option to visualize all dust particles to quickly remove small defects.
