Mail and Calendar is a Windows utility for planning future events and working with several email accounts. There are tools for filtering spam and automatically blocking potentially harmful file attachments.
Email configuration
Similar to Spike, users can connect multiple Gmail, Yahoo and Outlook accounts. It is possible to receive all new emails into the combined Inbox folder. Instruments for filtering personal messages by the keyword, sender name, title and other attributes are provided.
There are flexible text customization options. You are able to change the style, color and size of the font. Moreover, buttons for numbered list creation and paragraph alignment are available.
Event scheduling
The Main app can automatically detect dates and times in incoming messages. Users can quickly add a new entry to the calendar. The title of the original email will be utilized as the event title.
You are able to search the calendar to quickly find planned meetings and manage the schedule. There are tools for attaching images, text documents and other files to individual entries.
